I was wondering if less hunters will be coming up to Canada this fall b/c of the high gas prices?

I doubt it. I would say that most of the outfitters are probably still booked up for the season. I don't know that for sure, but that is what I would guess.

I've heard from several groups that I know that are not coming up here this year. They haven't given up on hunting, they're just going to explore a few different options closer to home.

I have also heard of a few groups having to say no to the canada trip this year...

It's too bad that these gas prices are taking away from what we love to do best, weather travelling 10 km's or 1000 km's to hunt

Just be more disciplined this time of year budget wise and you won't feel the crunch because you will of saved that much more.
