Floating Gun Case

I bought a KW-1 floating gun case from Cabela's and I have only used it twice. Today I put my gun in the case and the barrel stuck through the end. It tore right next to the thing on the end to hang the case up. Should I call Cabela's or Avery customer service?

I would contact Avery's Customer service.

I'd just call Cabelas. They would for sure exchange it for you.

Yeah get that replaced. I've had many gun cases do that and I'm glad you realized it now and not on opening day. Good luck.
