I left a bunch of decoys in our barn for a few weeks unbagged. Needless to say the pigeons found them and crapped all over them. What is the best way to clean the flocked heads? (P.S.- the pigeons are all dead)

Brush what you can off, then use warm water and soap. You want to use a soft brissled brush. A brush for scrubbing the dishes works great.

You don't want to use soap of any kind. Spray them off with your garden hose and then use a tire brush to scrub the crap off. Hose em down for a rinse and you're good to go.

I used dish soap and everything was fine? I should clarify though, only use soap if you have too (i.e. blood stains on the paint) I should of mentioed that earlier, my bad.
