His sentence may say 30 days, but I am sure it is a lifetime deal for him. I can't imagine what he is and will go through.

yeah that is terrible. i think at first they thought it was an accident, but then the police found that he was drinking and had drugs. what a shame.

I agree totally. He should have thought of the consequences before he drank and took drugs....what a dope...no pun intended...

I would of still gave the bastard more than 30 days in jail, like 6 months or a year or something.

To lose a child or a love one has to be the worst thing in the world. I am not here to judge but if that doesn't sober you up nothing will.

That is one of the saddest stories I have ever heard. No matter what sentence he got it is a bad bad deal for all involved.

Tragic! Some people will never learn!....But I have to question part of his sentence....80 hours community service with half of that to gun safety......How is he suppose to do that if he can't possess a firearm? Makes no sense!
