in several of the new pics of the avery quickset blind they have killer weed attached that "appears" to be just draped over the blind for the photo op.is that the case or is it attached in some manner? i like the long strands and the horizontal lines it creates but cant tell how its done.

It depends on the CamoNet that you have on your Quick Set. I have the new one with the netting sewn to it. We tied the KillerWeed to it using a half-hitch knot. It really works good because it can't come off. The whole thing still rolls inside the WindBlocker for easy travel and storage.

You probably could still tie it on to the CamoNet, but it will not be as durable as the new nets with the netting attached to it.

I have the same Quick-set as you and I used zip ties to attach small bundles vertically to my blind. The zip ties fit easily through the holes in the mess.

Good Luck,

i used the zip ties this year on the same model you have. I just ran it through the holes in the mesh. Used a small tie. I had no problems or tearing. I also attached some to the top rail with the zip ties.
