Finisher blind

I have a finisher layout blind that has a broken plastic mounting piece where the adjustable height side rod (metal) attatches to the bottom of the frame. The bottom of the metal rod is flat and it slides into this plastic piece and a bolt goes through it. The top part of the plastic braket with the hole in it is broke.

Anyone I can call to get a replacement.??

I had the EXACT same problem with my finisher - the frame riser connection on the floor is broke with the screw still in the cracked part of the connection. I called CS this morning, and they are sending a new part made from metal/aluminum that is in two pieces free of charge.....

I called and they're sending me one also.....But they needed my credit card number to charge me. Oh well....it wasn't much. I didn't complain or they prolly would have sent it free of charge,
