I was asked by a hunting partner to look for some natural grass to reed our blind that is situated in a stand of cattails on the edge of a pond. He suggested blue bentgrass or bend grass?? Can anyone let me know what this looks like exactly?? I know its about 4 ft tall and has seeds on the top but other than that im clueless.
Thanks
Jeff

cut some of the grass near the blind-can't get more natural than that.

avery makes some grass kits that might match a cattail kind of area. Or Yes just cut some grass and dress her up! Good luck to ya this hunting season!

Uh......isn't bentgrass the grass they make golf course greens out of? 4 feet tall would make one hell of a putting surface.:)
Why not just go cut down more of the natural and weave it in and out of a sheep fence, or chicken wire. What's better natural cover than the actual natural cover itself? Just a thought.
