Nothing within 600 yds on Saturday morning. Scouted a pothole Saturday night and saw about 200, 250... They were flooding this hole all night so I set up there Sunday Morning. Figured since the were eating it up anyway, Id go in with nothing and just let em funnel in. No deeks, no calling 18 birds. Mostly mallards, but a few woodies and teal are a fun treat to shoot.

We hunted public waters this weekend. On saturday there were at least 10 other groups on this lake, Sunday... even more.:(
Saturday we had 5 guys stayed the whole 9 to 4, and it was our duck hunt. Sunday me and my buddy just went out and we wanted a better chance at geese, so we hit the lake at midnight to get the spot. Saturday we shot 21 ducks, sunday I got my limit of geese (2) with no ducks, my buddy got 1 goose with 2 ducks. We used 44 GHG lifesize goose floaters with 8 FFD sleeper full bodies for goose dekes. For ducks we had 8 GHG headless feeders, 4 GHG sleepers, and 4 GHG butts, all floaters.
Here are pics of the saturday spread and kill, sunday was the same decoys different location, so I decided not to bring the camera.

And yes you can see a couple other spreads in a couple of those pics. We were not very far from hunters on both sides, it really isn't a lake that should have even 5 groups on it let alone 10+.
