I have 2 doz. of them. I bought them when they 1st came out. I have not had any problem with the paint or them breaking. The motion system they have is something to be desired. It doesn't give you much motion and the bungee cord legs pull out of the decoy and is a pain in butt trying to get them reattached. Also the older motion cones that were molded to the decoy would also break off. They have since fixed that problem. If I was going to buy more field decoys I would go with the GHG. There motion system is by far the best on the market plus they are also alittle larger than the HC. Hope this helps you out.

Those decoys from Rogers should be bomber according to HC. I have some that were made when Tinks owned HC (now they are owned by the same company that owns Primos) and they are worthless. Two hunts and I am already having MAJOR paint issues. I am waiting to hear back from HC on what they are going to do about it. They did say that they completely changed the decoy manufacturing process for '08 and the newest version (those available at Rogers) are bomb proof. They even made mention of a possible 5 year or maybe even life time warranty. I sure hope they replace the ones I am having problems with, with some of the new ones I would love to give them a run and see if they are as good as they claim. If they are, there is no doubt they would be the FB to own.

I would send a Pm to Jeff House, he should be able to answer any questions you may have about Hard Core Decoys.

love my hardcores. no paint issues but as stated the motion system sucks. for me that's a moot point. 18 out of the 24 i put out on the sandbars around here are sleepers or resters. not much motion needed for those. here's the only pic i have of mine in use.

Yep Jeff is awesome to deal with. He alone has bolstered my belief in HC decoys customer service.

Well I had a great conversation with Michael Galloway, the man in charge at Hard Core Decoys, and I was very impressed. He was great to deal with and wanted to make sure I felt like I was satisfied as a HC customer. He made two things very clear, one is that those decoys I am having flaking issues with, were NOT manufactured by his company. Second was that they will stand 110% behind the decoys they make. After talking to Mike, I will not hesitate to buy HC decoys myself or suggest others do as well.
