The finisher blind has bars near the feet to hold up the actually material.
Well does the power hunter, or does it just lay on yours legs?
Just let me know, cause im about to buy 2 of these.

It just lays on your legs, I had a finisher though, and switched to a powerhunter, they are much easier to conceal...and I love the field of vision you can get with them, without having to expose your head in anyway.

The powerhunter is just material that lays on your legs, almost like being in a sleeping bag. I would for sure lay in one before I paid money for one.

It just lays on your legs but they are great blinds, easy to conceal, comfortable to lay in and great to shoot out of. The only frame in this blind is up towards the front where the back and head rest are.

All the above except for the comfort level.

The Power Hunter is just like a sleeping bag like others have mentioned. From basically the waist down, the material lays on your legs, this is what makes it so easy to hide & carry.
If needed to lower the profile of the blind, you can take the support bars out of the fliptop hood so they material just falls on your head. This takes alittle getting used too but can help conceal the blind in low stubble fields.
I also find the Power Hunter comfortable to lay in for the most part. It is however, not as comfortable as the Ground Force. Thats why I got both of the blinds :)

To each his own.........I hunt a power hunter 90% of the time.

I hunt out of one all the time and they are great blinds, I just don't find them very comfortable.
