One of the guys I work with moved here from Alaska this summer. He has always been a big game hunter (bear, moose, elk) but never waterfowl.

I have introduced him and his son to the addictive world of duck/goose hunting and told them they can go with me every weekend if they want to.

To show his appreciation for taking them to my spots and using all of my gear he bought me:

Avery Migrator M2 blind in KW-1 with Neo Tub
6 GHG LS Wigeons
6 GHG LS shovlers
6 GHG LS Gadwalls
6 GHG LS Mallards
6 GHG OS Mallards
4 GHG Pro Grade Canada Resters/Sleepers

He also bought him and his son GF blinds with Neo Tubs and snow covers

I would say he has it bad now, just goes to show you how addictive this can be and an incredible show of gratitiude for showing them the ropes!

Great job. It is always good to hear of people being introduced to the sport. I am sure the gift took you by surprise.

That is phenomenal, I wouldn't know what to do if someone got me something like that, it is a little much in my opinion.

Nice gesture but not needed type of deal.

Congrats though, sounds like you're a great guy that met another genuinely great guy.

I'll say thank you for getting them involved in the sport as well, always great to introduce new people, and especially the genuine great guys. :)

and i know what you mean about how this sport is addictive my mom says that my dad and uncle have poluted my head with the thoughts of ahundred feet down canadas hanging over the decoys hahaha and ya know what i completley agree with her kuz my head is ver very poluted hahaha
