Hey guys where are all the birds at in north dakota and south dakota right now? We need new birds down here bad

i would say either north or south of you.. we lost a few birds this last weekend due to the freezing of ponds, refuges, and such.. so hopefully they are to the north getting ready to come down.

oh they are out there....you just have to go find em....:cool: look for large water right now.

Im not from sd nor am I coming to sd to hunt. I am from nebraska and am talking about we need new birds here. I am just trying to figure out what towns to be watching the weather for. Does anybody have a report on how many birds lake oahe is holding right now.

The pierre area is just starting to get birds this past week. quite a few snows but not many honkers yet. There has been a good push of birds into parts of eastern south dakota and the way the weather is lookin they will be sticking around for a while.
