This past tuesday i headed out of fargo early in order to get down to the area we were going to hunt by sunrise to get some scouting in for the annual family trip. Myself, My dad, Grandpa, a couple uncles, a cousin, two brother in laws and a couple family friends make this trip to south-east ND every year. These guys come from Iowa, Wisconsin, MN, and ND. I was a little skeptical at first with a lot of the big water frozen up. But after spending the ENTIRE day searching the area i was able to find 6 open bodies of water within 20miles and every one of them was stacked with birds. We hunted almost every morning and every evening for 5 days. Ended the trip with 99 mallards, 48 honkers, and 13 snows/blues.

Wow, nice hunts, that is one heck of a pile of green! And I have never seen that many spinners at one time, hahah, way to get on em man!
