Is it true that you cant layout hunt in mn? If so why is it? I want to try it so bad.

Correct. You can't layout hunt in MN. However if you get a WI license you can do it in a couple places including lake Pepin on the Mississippi river...

thats ridiculous. i dont see what difference that wold make. so what do you do, just lay down and throw some camo over you? thats a joke, someone send some letters to the fish and game department in MN.

there is one way to get around it.. find a lake that has reeds in the middle. and put your boat in them! its vegatation so its legal! it would be fun to do.. we should start pressuring them to change the law. i don't know if you bowfishing but they got them to allow night bowfishing just last year i believe.. its worth a try!

Layout boats not blinds lol. We can use layout blinds.

the only reason we can't is because we have to be in vegatation right? or do they have something stating we cant use them at all?
