Well we braved the elements today and hit the big water once again. It was burtual out there today. This morning the temp. was 16 degrees and didn't get above freezing today. Wind was out of the NW at 10 to 20 mph with 2'to 3' waves. The decoys, layout boat, tender boat and our selfs were covered in 1/2" of ice. It was well worth the end result. We shot a 3 man limit consisting of goldeneyes, bluebills, old squaw, mallard and a wood duck.

Nice mixed bag, i think the hen woodie was a little lost. i thought oldsquaws were bigger than that, they are a cool looking duck.
