My question is here in southwest Wyoming where I live it's very windy during a good part of our season some days the wind blows like 25 plus even some days 40 mph all day, so what advise do u have for hunting ducks and geese here ? I have a 300 acre cornfeild lease and 3.5 miles of the north platte river for a lease also but wasn't sure what one would be better during these conditions or even whats the best way to set up during these times ????

If i were you i would watch the birds close and see what there are doing, this will tell you what they want and how to setup.

I love hunting geese here in SE Wyoming when it is windy. Get some moton in the decoys, and it is usually cover up, here they come. We sure as hell need some cold weather to freeze the ponds, river hunting for me has went from excellent to down right so the last few weeks.
