I picked up some old ghg oversize goose floaters a couple years ago because they were at such a good price. I know that in order to get things you have to call the shop, but before i did i wanted to ask a couple of questions. The decoys i have are old enough that they do NOT have flocked heads. I was wondering if the new flocked heads had the same head connector or if I was just out of luck here. Also if the head connection is the same would i be able to put the sentry style heads on them even though they are the active style floaters.

Thanks for any information

I did the same thing! There are 2 different styles of heads! I bought some flocked heads through Avery and they were 3 bucks a piece, which was fine, BUT i giot the all senrty pack that hadthe high heads. I ordered some rester heads and those had thet stud lock connection, where asthe sentry heads were a screw on

so it depends on what style floaters you got

I had some of the older one and got the heads that were not stud lock but the style right before that and the fit just not perfectly flush.

Here's a search I did for the OS FLaoter head question some of the posts are old so I'm not exactly sure if you can still get the heads to fit the older floaters.

Call CS to find out for sure.

They really are not the same. The first year we made these decoys, they did have the thread on connection, but the head met flat with the body. Since that first year, we have made the head recess into the body for a better fit. If you don't mind them sticking up a little bit, they will work. Or, you might ask Customer Service if we have some of the old style sleeper heads.

Thanks,
