Someone had a few questions regarding my avatar. Well here it is...up close and personal. Nothing fancy.....just only got the best looking mallard feeder head on him. Its a super mojo with ghg head.
As far as what I did to.......I'm sure you can all guess. Just saw off the original head and repalced it with an Avery GHG OS Feeder head. If any one would like to try and convert theres over, just remember to cutt off less than you need and file the rest to get the best fit. It won't be a perfect match as you can see in the pictures, but I think it looks 100 times better than the original. Oh yeah, and screws placed on the top and bottom of the neck area. Make sure you drill the holes first, place the head in and mark where screws will impact and drill holes in that feeder head attachment. Then just screw in and your set. Also, if the head twist right or left a bit......don't worry, it makes it look even more realistic.

If you think the ducks care about the head on a spinner you are giving them way too much credit. I think they only care about the flashing wings. IF those ducks are so brilliant why are they not concerned about a magical duck that acts as a helicopter and is impaled on a stick.

uhh it was a joke...he went through the trouble of making the thing look better he might as well have put the flocked head on it...the only thing the new head does is add eye candy to the beholder anyway...

Yeah! I have given that a thought. The head is easily interchangable so I will try it out this season.
It is definately for eye candy as you mentioned.
Sure I could kill ducks over painted milk jugs, but I won't knowing there are great looking dekes like these out there. I guess I just have an eye for more candy than most.

Flocked head mojo? That would make 2 of you flocked in the head.

What's your flockin' problem with someone else flockin' their own flockin' gear?
:p

B-Man, its just too easy sometimes!
I think it looks cool with the GHG.
I have a question about the durability of the folding wings on the Super MOJO. Do you guys have any insight?
Thanks

I know that in the Northwest ducks learn fast about the spinning wings. In Wa. we cant use anything with a battery. And with winduks you need to be able to slow them down And even stop them when the ducks get smart. It is the wing flash that attracts their attention to your decoys. What the wings are attached to doesn't really make a diff.
