Avery QS Blind Parts

I am looking for 4 of the new plastic sliding hinges that I can use to attach the top of my Avery QS blind to allow easy adjustment. I got 2 with the mud motor modification kit and they work great for sliding. Any help finding where to buy and part numbers will be great.
