Do any of yall hunt around the Augusta, AR. area in between the Cache River and White River? I have several leases in this area and was just wanted to see who else hunted this area.

I hunt near Augusta, usually at Hurricane WMA or sometimes Bald Knob NWR but the people at Bald Knob are rediculous and not curtious at all so I usually walk in somewhere at Hurricane since I do not have a boat.

My cousin had a lease right south of you and a little west of Forrest City. Its actually right by Buck G's house. We met him randomly one evening coming out of the timber and found that out. Small world. Anyways, there are some really good leases south of you and even towards Stuttgart. We had a good season last year and really killed a lot of ducks. A lot of divers in the area too using the flooded fields. The leases can be expensive tho so maybe walking into wma's is your best bet.

The season turned out pretty well. I hunted at Bald Knob earlier in the season until I could not take it anymore because of the people. Hunted the timber and walked in the later half of the season. Love the timber, just need a boat so I don't have to walk 2 miles one way to my spot!
