The U.K. has had a very dry winter so far and most of the washes not had any water on them until now.
Areas that would normally be under 2-3 feet of water are now only under 6-8 inches and 50% are still dry . But as there is only 3 weeks of the season left we must make hay as the sun shines . I also managed to see some of the EURASION wigeon decoys in action, and I must say I was very impressed . I own a couple of doz. of the american wigeon that i have hand painted the heads , but the factory paint job is spot on . On a morning when chances were few and far between we made the most of it .
