Dave - I live about 20 minutes from Montezuma and have had the opportunity to visit for viewing and also hunting. Very special place!

Mike - Didnt I meet you guys at Tuckerton Show last year?
Ive got the duck ID cert but everytime I go to register for the lottery - I cant seem to get it. Planning on some NY hunts this year - save me a spot will ya?

I hunted there twice last year alone, as I couldn't find a partner with the ID course to hunt with those two times.
Trouble is that you don't know if you get in, until 2 days prior to the hunt. If you are willing to drive up from NJ to hunt there on short notice, I have a couple small marsh boats and I'm familiar with the hunting area... you're welcome to come up if either of us can get through.
I got reservations about 33% of the times I've tried. Obviously easier on the Tu and Thurs than it is on Sat.
We can talk at Tuckerton.

That is so beautiful. Too bad we don't see that down here all that often. When we do it's usually just after season closes!!! I swear they have a calendar under their wing!
