I am new to duck hunting (about 2 years in). All I have really ever hunted was divers. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in hosting me for a mallard hunt in exchange for me hosting them to a diver hunt. I have several buddies I hunt with but they are in the same boat as me, no mallard holes, just divers.
Anytime you can get up to N. Illinois you are welocome to come with us. A good combination of field hunting and local river hunting. I work second shift and hunt every day !! Our duck hunting is great to poor ( weather) but we shoot a bunch of Canadas every year

Sounds great gmac. send me a pm with some details.
Well Trader as you know, your always welcome, too, we have a bunch of fair weather hunters around our parts and 2 weeks after the season opens you can count on one hand the number of trucks and trailers in the parking lot at the ramp, and we all know who those guys are. Unless some one calls or e mails a bunch of guys as says "ya we shot two ducks today" then the follwoing morning it's a free for all. off that one guys stupid comment. I never shoot any birds ever, thats my story and I am sticking to it.
