are patternmaster choke tubes worth it? how well do they perform on a benelli nova or a mossberg 935?

Just my 2 cents here. I believe they are worth it. From my pattern tests, I get more dense a pattern and very little in the way of "holes". The shot string is noticably shorter and with the larger shot it is deadly at longer ranges. Just my 2 cents

waterfowl- They are worth it. You may also look into the Wad Wiz tubes as well.

The biggest thing I noticed is that I didn't have any cripples like I used to!!!Deadly

I've been shooting one for 3 years now and think they are great chokes. Got one in my Xtrema and my AL390.

I have been using a standard Patternmaster on my SBE for several years. I have always been impressed by their performance with all shot sizes in steel and Hevi-Shot.

i shoot a trulock Light Mod choke out of my Nova, and its a KILLER, it also patterns great! with the same loads and all that stuff, i had WAY less cripples, plus it only cost me $35...
