I was just looking at some of the field Khaki blind pics on the internet and got to wondering, " What if Avery made a Field Khaki Cover for their blinds just like a snow cover" It's just an idea for the people who already have blinds and dont want to have to pay for a new one just for a different color. I know I would buy one because when it is mid season and we haven't had any snow yet that is the perfect color for the fields I hunt.

I have two Migrators. One is in Mossy Oak Shadow Grass and the other is in Advantage Max4. However, they are both the same color. MUD from one of the fields that I hunt the most. I used to put the mud on by hand, but now I use a small paint brush. I love the field Khaki, but it is no substitute for the dirt that your blind is lying in. That is just my opinion. Also, if you want snow, come to Omaha and you can have the 12 to 15 inches that are in my yard.

I thought of the mud techinique but I hunt so many different fields that it is hard to get all the mud to look the same. And about the snow we just got 13 inches here yesterday, that means all my hunting spots will be full of ducks again.

The theory behind the Khaki Field blinds is that once you mud them, you can't tell what color they are anyway. We have not sold any covers seperately because a majority of the cost is in the cover. We figure most customers will just buy a new blind.

I agree with Rick and Mac, once you mud these blinds and apply KillerWeed and natural vegetation, it doesn't matter if it was blue.

This season, all I have used are the Field Khaki Finisher and Power Hunter. They blend in with all of the different fields I have hunted this year from Canada down to Arkansas. I think that they will be the wave of the future in ground blinds. Please keep supplying us with great pictures of these blinds in action. We can always use more.
Good Hunting!

This is how you mud a blind this is awesome. I'll post a pic of Chad in a field khaki blind. You will see how the blind disappears. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v600/travismueller1/Canada004.jpg

This is a great picture of a field khaki blind and max-4 camo. Guy's that max-4 field khaki combo in a cornfield is amazing. We had geese landing on us. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v600/travismueller1/DecemberPictures120.jpg
