I'm having problems with my poly something decoy line (maybes its just the fact that its 3+ years old) when its really cold out (its breaking off)but when I've been out on Sag. Bay I've seen some of the guys using a braided line. I like the braided line, and it appears to be thick enough it doesnt knot real easy allowing a person with gloves to handle it easily.

Is braided line actually preferred by the majority? IF so, what is everyone using? I've found some at multiple places and costs vary just as much as the places I've found it.

Thanks for your input

I personally like the Quick Fix cord. One of the biggest reasons that the cord breaks is if it was stretched. The stretching creates a weak point in the cord. The biggest key is using cord crimps.

I prefer the Quick-Fix using the crimps. I have no trouble using this rigging.

Quick-Fix all the way...every day! When you add Crimps and Keel Grabber weights, it is by far my favorite decoy anchoring system available today.
