Jordon,

We are not going to post pictures just yet but I can assure you that these will be the most anatomically correct mallard full body on the market. I have seen the carvings and they are UNBELIEVABLE! We will release more information when all samples have been approved.

Thanks for the patience!

enticermallardslayer,

Sorry we cannot release photos of the Fullbody Mallard yet. BUT I can personally ensure you that this will be the best looking fullbdy mallard out there. Fred and the boys have done a awesome job. I have seen this decoy and I cannot stop looking at it.

We will post it as soon as we can.
Thanks Eric

This decoy is going to blow your mind! I don't hunt dry fields much but I will have these around ALL of my flooded grain field pits. I think these will ease the minds of spooky mallards!

Are they going to be flocked? How much are they going to cost?

Jeff,

These decoys are going to blow you away, not only by how good they look but also with the price.

Guy's sorry we can't give more details about these decoys yet, but they will be worth the wait.

Good Luck and Good Hunting

With all the equipment Avery has slated for the 2005-2006 hunting season, I figure I better start working on my hunting "slush" fund now! Between the fullbodies and other equipment I plan on adding plus the "Travis Mueller" inspired trailer rig, I figure to be a busy man and a few pennies lighter in the pocket!

These decoys are going to be great! I have seen the carvings and they are really sweet!

The other day I was driving by the refuge after a hunt and the mallards were thick in the ditches along side the road and out in the shallow dranage ditches. I thought if someone was to set a spread of 6 mallard floaters and 6 mallard fullbodies on one of those ditches, they would kill a limit in no time.
I went down to the refuge this morning to see what was flying down that way. When I neared the ditch where I saw the birds at I saw this trucked parked on the highway. 70 yards out this guy had set up in one of these drainage ditches. He was using a ground blind 5 floaters and 9 or 10 fullbodies. There were lots of birds trying to come in on him while I was driving by. Never saw any ducks get within shooting range, but that doesn't mean anything.
One thing that I couldn't help but notice is how bland the fullbodies looked. It was cloudy, but there was enough sunlight to make the floaters stand out, but not enough to make the fullbodies really stand out. He was using the 04 Lifesize Mallard floaters and Flambeau Enticer fullbodies. As I got up the road I saw a bunch of mallards standing on the edge of another drainage ditch. They stood out really hard against the background. Knowing the paint colors that Avery puts on their decoys, I have no doubt in my mind that the new fullbodies will be just what I want to hunt the areas around here.
I can't wait for all of the new decoys from Avery.

I can't wait to get some of those fullbodies. I hunt off the bank of a lake quite a bit and a bunch of fullbodies scattered around me would look pretty dang good. With all these new products coming out, my checkbook is gonna be hurtin! :D

Well if they can compete price wise with the Enticers, we'll be in business.

The price will be right for the realism that the buyer will be getting with the new full body mallards. There is no doubt about it, these decoys will be the hottest thing going next season. Keep your eyes out for them because they will go fast once they hit the shelves. We will keep all of you informed of any details that arise.

Good Hunting!

Are they going to cost about the same as the FB Goose decoys? Are they going to available for next season?

Avery, I don't get what you guys are waiting for when it comes to showing us ANY pics of what you have as far as the 2005 Fullbody Mallard?????? It boggles my mind. We know darn well that the people that field tested them are very discriminating hunters and wouldn't hunt over a decoy that wasn't "up to par". All we want is a general idea as to what they are going to look like. You guys keep farting around and Hardcore will have their fullbody Mallard in our hands before you guys have even posted a picture. WHAT THE HECK IS A PIC GOING TO HURT?????? Rumor has it that Hardcore will have their fullbody Mallard ready for shipment late this spring....you guys may want to post something up soon...you know how us hunters want something and we want it YESTERDAY.

As far as I know, and also from a good freind of mine who is a Hardcore dealer, they haven't posted up any fullbody ducks either? I think everyone is trying to get a horse entered into this race. I'm sure the SHOT Show will uncover a few things.

I've got some questions as far as the fullbodies go. What ratio in the carton are they going to be? Are you going to have seperate packs like with the geese (feeder, active, looker)? How much? Are they going to have the same real foot base? I think thats it.

Actually, I hope that they decide to package the new GHG full body duck decoys with 6 DOZEN or so in a box. After all, how upset could the wife possibly get if I only bought 1 box of them.....LOL
