I talked to my Avery dealor in Saskatchewan the other day. He showed me the 2004 Avery catalog. I intend to make an order from him this year for the 2005 stuff. When will I be able to make this order? When will all the 2005 gear be ready to go to the dealers? I am hoping in time for our season up here. Will the 2005 line be launched in relation to the website?

We are looking at February 1st to finalize and have the new catalogs printed. The website will probably not be released until April or May. We need to stay ahead of the competition by not being their research and development departments.
Thanks,

Brad,
You should be able to go down to your dealer anytime and order this product if it is currently in stock. Your dealer may want to wait and place it with their season order. Rick is right your dealer will be recieving the 2005 info shortly.

Mike, you bet. Sounds like I will be able to order anything from Avery. Kevin is a good guy. He is giving me a great deal on a Power Hunter, and it sounds like the price for the full bodies will be pretty good too. He is figuring about $300 per dozen. I think thats pretty good. He is charging more for the Big Foots. Can't wait to fill the trailor this summer.
On another note, Mike, what type of lanyard do you use? The DIY lanyards? or something else? I am really in the market for a new one. I got a bolen strings, but I didn't really like it. Too many strings. I am looking at the Avery ones.

Brad,
Try one of the new DIY laynards this season and you wont regret it. I have used one this entire season and I love them. It is great to be able to add calls and take them off depending on what the hunt calls for. Let us know if you enjoy it.
Good Hunting!

Brad, I've been using an old braided lether lanyard that I've had for years. Since it only holds two calls and is getting on in age, I plan retire it and switch over to one of the new DIY lanyards. I saw a prototype last fall and was very impressed. (As much as I tried, I couldn't get it off of Travis' neck....as he's much bigger and quicker than I am)
