I would like to see a brown Neo Tub for a lower price point. It will be under water or muddy anyway.

Andy,
Great question! It just so happens that Finisher and Migrator/Eliminator NeoTubs in Avery Field Khaki will be available by August directly from Avery’s website. All models of our NeoTubs (MAX-4, Shadow Grass and Field Khaki) will be available for purchase from Avery because we really believe in this product, but the retail price from retail dealers has been too high for most consumers. NeoTubs are awesome tools for hunting sheet water, field edges, shallow marshes and flooded grain fields where there is no place to build a blind. A Finisher in a NeoTub is absolutely deadly on skittish ducks and geese in these places where they almost never encounter hunters. They never encounter hunters in these places because there has never been an effective over-the-shoulder portable method of hiding from them until now.
Now for the reason that these are only going to be available direct from Avery in the future. The cost to build a NeoTub is extremely high due to the amount of neoprene, waterproof adhesive and waterproof seam tape required. By offering them directly to consumers, we feel the prices will be much more reasonable and, therefore, more hunters will be willing to add this awesome tool to their arsenal. NeoTubs offer hunters the ability to utilize their Finisher and Migrator blinds in more situations and areas thus enabling them to be more successful. Our ultimate goal at Avery is to help hunters become more successful in the field while being more comfortable as they are doing it so we want to encourage the growth of the NeoTub hunting concept. We feel that offering them direct to consumers will do this.
Field Khaki NeoTubs will retail around $79.99 direct while MAX-4 and Shadow Grass NeoTubs will sell for around $119.99. Don’t hold me to these prices, but they will be close. Look to see photos of the Field Khaki NeoTubs here on the website in the near future.
Thanks for the interest in the NeoTub and Avery/Greenhead Gear products!

The pricing for the new Field Khaki Neo-Tubs will be right on the money. These are awesome tools for any waterfowl hunter. They allow us to hunt places that ducks would never think we would be. We are excited to bring the new model out. I think that we will start to see more and more hunters using this product. Thank you for the input.
Good Hunting!

Thanks Andy...
The Neo-Tubs are unbelievable in "hard to hide" areas that ducks tend to go late in the season. I've found that as the season goes on and ducks feel pressured they go to areas such as fresh "sheet water" after a big rains. These places can be difficult if not impossible to hide. The Neo-Tub changes all of that!

I can not pass one up for that price! I figured you probably had something in the works, but wow! I hope I can get a hold of one. Thanks for the update and keep up the good work.
p.s.
Does this mean the new web site will be up and running by then?

As mentioned, the field khaki neo tub is already in the works.
Not all the neotub is under water/mud as it velcro's to the stubble straps on the edge of the doors, but I understand what you are trying to say.
If you own a Finisher or Migrator, you have to have one of these..

I bought the MOSG NeoTub on my Finisher for flooded cornfields & fields. Deadly on mallards, they landed out & just swam right towards the dekes with a little feed chuckle. I was on the edge in about 4" of water, nice & dry, looking like a field grass clump
I also have other flooded grassy fields where its the 'big wide open'. You know, where the ducks want to land. I'll be there next season!

Any hope for a power hunter neo tub? I'd love to be able to hunt some mud flats around here with one

pintail21, I have thought about and mentioned this as well. There are alot of powerhunter guys out there, that would like to see something like a neo tub for the pw to give them alittle more protection in the really wet areas.

I have seen posts for the power hunter neotub before. It was said that there is no frame to attach to and hold up the tub. Maybe a finisher tub would work with an add on frame made of pvc or something. It seems like there must be someway to do it. I do not have a powerhunter so this just an idea.

how about having the frame on the inside of the neotub that could attach to the stubble straps? Would that work or have you guys already tried that and didn't like it?
