I tried to order an Avery heat pouch, but the store said that this product is no longer being made. Is this true? If so does Avery have any plans for making a new product like this? Any ideas on any stores that might still have this product?

Little Goose Man,
We make two different styles of hand warmers, the Fleece Hand Muff and the Neoprene Hand Warmer. If you are duck hunting, I would highly recommend the Neoprene Hand Warmer. Please tell your dealer about these and PM me if you have any problems and I will make sure your local dealer is aware of these products.
Thanks,

Little Goose- If you are thinking of the neoprene one, they are the ticket! One of my favorite items. My fleece handwarmer was always getting wet duck hunting. Great for bowhunting, but not for ducks. That neoprene one with the pockets is awesome!

The Neoprene Hand warmer is in a world of its own. You have the option to clip it on your waders or strap it around your waist. It has two pockets in front along with shell loops and one big pocket in the rear. Perfect for any hunting situation.
Thanks,

The neoprene hand warmer is the "ticket" for waterfowling. It has loops for shells and extra pockets for anything from a set of keys to a cell phone. Good luck...I know you'll enjoy the product.

Just a quick word of praise for the Fleece Hand Muff. It might get wet hunting around water but don't give up on it for all waterfowl hunting. I have been using mine religously during the sub-freezing temps of late here in Maryland while field hunting geese from my Power Hunter. Combined with my Fleece Caller's Gloves and the addition of a disposable heat pack in the Muff, I have been very warm and comfortable.
