What is the best camo material to use for making a customized boat cover? I have been looking for the 900 denier material Avery uses but seem not to be able to locate it. Any suggestions?

Boat covers generally are made from breathable fabric that has some waterproofing as well as UV protection. You can't find this in camo at any reasonable price that I know of. You might consider using 600-denier or 900-denier polyester or 1000-denier Cordura nylon, but the sun will eat this stuff alive in no time if you leave the cover on the boat 24/7. This is the main reason we have never made camo boat covers even though we have had dealers request them hundreds of times. You might want to call Mack's to buy 900-denier polyester right off the roll.

Thanks for your question.
