Avery Vacum Bottle

First let me say that I've always been impressed wth Avery products, now that i've read through these boards i'm still impressed and now will be quite loyal to your products.

I purchased a camo vacum bottle right after Christmas last year and it worked great until recently. The last few times I've used it, it wouldn't keep my coffee hot or even warm.

I talked to customer service just now and was told to send it in and they would likely send a new one to me.

Thanks and again you've just gained one more loyal customer! Keep up the great work.
