Avery Service???

I bought some 04 Full Body Feeders. Inside the box, 2 of the foot bases were broke and one decoy body had a crack where the feet attach. I tried calling avery and they said they were going to get a return label to me to send them back and I never seen or heard of anything. Can soembody help me???

bellosd, sorry to hear about that. You would have to talk to customer service for this,but it should be no problem at all getting you fixed up. The number is 1-800-333-5119 and ask to speak to Julie.

I would also suggest contacting them again. I'm sure they are very busy with all of the new products coming out. I'd say just stay on them.

I talked to someone last Monday and he said he would get back with me later that day after I sent him some pictures. He has yet to call me back and I try daily to call him with no reply yet. Just stay on them and I'm sure they will get the problem resolved.

Do yourself a favor and get the name of the person you are dealing with whenever you have a customer service issue (not just with us but with any company). That way if there is still a problem after you think it has been resolved, you can backtrack through the correct contacts(as they will hopefully remember your intial contact or have access to the history of it)and will make for a less frustrating experience. Nobody gets it right all the time but, with your assistance we can hopefully fix our errors the second time around. Please give Customer Service (800-333-5119) another call and explain what happened the first go-round.
