Sleeper Heads Came !!

Cabela's had the Big Brown truck stop by last night and unloaded my Back ordered Sleeper heads.

Couldn't wait to try them out. 18 sleepers and a half a doz relaxed actives are gonna kill a bunch of Illinois geese on the snow this year.
It will be great not setting the Big spread on them bitter days.

Those sleeper heads are going to be killer all season long. Watch the birds in the field, you see them sitting and you know have the right tools to copy them exactly!

We used sleeper heads on about 90% of our shells last year during the late season when the snow was on. They worked wonders! Watching live geese feed in the snow you will notice that when they first touch down they immediately lay down and most of them will go to sleep. My belief is that the goose is melting the snow under him to get access to food. That's why I love to use shells!
