Scott is in a very remote section of Canada hunting and has very limited access to the Internet. I don't know what he has been able to find out for you but in the meantime I can tell you that I personally stocked some 03' SnapLock water keels on the floor of Mack's last weekend during their Fall Festival so you may want to contact them.
