I recieved my first 6 GHG full body feeders last night. I noticed that three of the six foot bases were different. Three of them had legs that were straight up and down and not in the active position. The base was stamped with a "B" along with three of the bodies. The legs looked like the legs on the lookers. I'm not saying anything was wrong with them but all the pictures of the feeders that I have seen all have active legs. The one thing that I did notice that needs to be changed is the instructions. No where in the instructions did it say that the different leg positions go with the different bodies and that they will not interchange. Like I said , no problems just curious as to why the difference. The only problem I did encounter was that several of the nuts holding the legs to the bases were loose and had to be tightened. Great looking product guys and keep up the good work.

Sir, drop the Zink call and step away from the dead geese.

I have some that way as well, but the pile of dead geese haven't really noticed!!!! Just messin with ya. We ran a run of full bodies with the "B" style foot base. I am glad you got er figured out. Good luck this fall.

Tominator,

I have some of the Feeders with the B-Style ReelFeet bases. They look great mixed in with my 2003 Feeders with the Active Style ReelFeet bases. I like as much variety as I can get in a spread. Thanks for purchasing GHG decoys and have a great season.

If the geese are close enough to see your decoys' foot positions, SHOOT! smile.gif

All of my fully flocked ones came with the A/B style bases. The Feeders had 3 A's and 3 B's. The manual noted the differences...
A Style...All Actives and A style Feeders
B Style...All Lookers and B sytle Feeders
Everything was pretty easy to follow. The fit on both styles is also better then the early '04s that I have.

Now, that I have everything together, I only have one question...After I convince my daughter to take them out of here "dream kitchen," we're in the spread do I put the corn "decoys?" ;)

A Grant,

I agree. But when you are hunting resident birds in Febuary that have been hunted hard since September 1, I believe any little detail may help. Have a great season.
