I know i should maybe put this on Freddie,s site but I,ll try here first seeing alot of staff are on this site also. Is there anything in the work,s in poly molded for the Power Hen or XR2 seeing there seem,s to be a pretty good market for the guy that can,t afford or the family man that mite have a few more expense,s.I get the marketing side when you come out with a new call like the Power Hen that it,s nice to sell as many as you can of the acrylic,s as possibile before you get into another type of clientel kinda like making decoy,s for a couple of year,s without swivel heads when you start out get my drift.Thank,s ahead of time for any input on this ?.

websdown,
Fred, Bret, Field, or Clay are probably the best ones to answer this question. They are all in Canada and will back next week. I know they do check the message board periodically. You may see the correct response before next week.
I would say that they are probably in the works for 2005. This is their first year in the molded call business. I am sure Fred has a lot in store for 2005.
Thanks,

Websdown,
There will me a new poly-carb duck call on the market next year. There will probably be a double reed next year and a single reed not long after. I was in Canada all last week with Fred and the gang and this is what Freddie told me. I don't know if you have had a chance to use one of the new poly-carb goose calls but they sound awesome. They are very easy to blow and well worth the $29.99 they are going for. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.
good Hunting!

If these sound anything close to the Power Hen, it will be awesome! I really prefer a molded call at times, they will give a more realistic sound and offer varible sounds. If you listen to a ducks, they all sound different and that is what I try to duplicate when calling, sound like several diffent ducks calling than just one.

Websdown,
Chad is right, you will most likely see a poly duck call next year. I wouldn't expect anything until fall of 05'. It will be an excellent addition to the Zink Call products line.

That new pc-1 poly carb guy's is awesome! I turned my back to a couple of guy's and blew that along with an acrylic, and they really had a hard time knowing which was which. For 29.99, there is no way you can go wrong!

I have both versions of the poly goose calls. I think what Fred and Field need to do by next hunting season is just make a poly version of each call in their lineup. Both duck and goose. For the money these goose calls are awesome.

Websdown,
Yes, we are planning on doing the Power Hen in a poly. We hope to have it out for next year. It is at the top of our list so if you are interested be on the look for it.
