Sure is queit in the land of 10,000 lakes. What happen to "the Vikes will win the SB with the great Brett Favre"?

I imagine had the Vikes won last night, this board would be full of MN posters bragging about "how great we are"....."we can't be stopped"......"Favre for govenor".........

That game rested in the hands of brett favre, only needed a quick pass or throw it away and try the long field goal to win it, he goes for glory and gets picked. all you favre haters out there are only hating because you cant get a shot to play in the nfl and get a shot at the super bowl making 12 million dollars in the process. I respect favre and support him in whatever career decisions he makes, nobody felt more terrible about that game then him, except maybe adrian peterson, he shoulda been benched after the 3rd fumble...

In the meantime, who dat who dat????? I think the Colts are knockin

Favre has single handedly ended his last 3 NFC Championship appearances with crucial late game INTs where the opposition have gone on to win. You can blame AP all you want, but who made the LAST turnover in an effort to do too much?

Lets see AP, had 3 TD'S and over 100 yards accounting for all but 1 of the Vikings scores and it is his fault they lost? Not to mention, the 2 fumbles he had were both recovered by Minnesota. The "other" fumble was credited to Favre, and rightfully so.

It is neither Adrian Peterson or Brett Favre's fault that the Vikings lost. You win as a team and you lose as a team. The Vikings wouldn't have been where they were without either one of those players.

It sure is easy to point fingers when things don't go the way you'd like.
