Hi, I'm new to the forum but have been a guest for a couple of months. I live and hunt in central Alberta and I purchased 6 FB Canada's last year and have been hooked on how good these decoys look. The re-design for this year is impressive.

The snows and specks are fabulous. Not sure if you guys covered this topic but is Cabelas going to carry them? If so when? I have also been checking Macks and one day they are on their website and the next they aren't??????

Alta,

We really appreciate your kind words and are glad to hear how much you like the decoys. Now to answer your question about the Full Body Snows and Specks...
I am currently at Mack's working with their website manager making some changes and additions. Mack's IS carrying both of the decoys you mentioned. The problem you have been experiencing with the apparent dissappearance of some products is due to a glitch in their system. They are aware of the problem and they are working diligently to correct it. If you would like to order them or simply have questions, please call 800-229-0296 or you can PM me and I will get you taken care of.

Thanks Christian, Just one more question, is Cabelas going to be carrying them. Coming from Canada they are great to deal with and have the paperwork down to an art. It's seamless to by from them.

Alta, I am almost certain Cabelas will be carrying the decoys in question. Eric do you know if Cabelas will have these?

Alta,

I am working with Cabela's currently on this. I am about sure that they will have some on order shortly.

I will keep you updated.

Eric

Alta,

We are in the process of setting up a few different distributors in Canada. I see you are in Alberta. Are there any retail stores in your area that you would like to see carry Avery and GHG products? I can have our sales people in Canada contact them.

Thanks,

Rick,

We basically have one Hunting Store and that is Wholesale Sports. They have locations in Edmonton, Calgary and Saskatoon. We could really use some competition for them up here. They have the monopoly and their service shows it. You can stand at the gun counter for half an hour waiting to get a box of rifle shells. We're a pretty small market up here and our selection of products shows it. That's why we have to order from on-line catalogues and pay 50% more if we want the latest thing.

How about Ontario guys ? we have a basspro in Toronto , but from what I have been reading that will not be a go . I have heard that somebody will be distributing them up here , is that true ? if so can I get a number to pass on to my ma & pa gun store . You have some dealers on your web site for Ontario but they are useless and one of them trashed your decoys pretty good ! so he probably should not on your site as a dealer !!!!

Fearnogoose,

Rick is currently working with some folks to better the distribution for you, our northern neighbor. Let us know the name of the "ma and pa" store in your area as that will be good information for Rick as he moves forward with this project. As always, thanks for your support of Avery / GHG.
