Question

I was wondering where I might be able to buy some of the lesser Canada fullbodys. Your dealer locator does not include Alaska, although we do have a sportsman's warehouse up here. However, they do not carry GHG goose fullbodys as of now, and the other fullbodys are marked up $25 a half dozen due to shipping. I was thinking about getting some from cabelas due to the fact that the price would be a lot less in total due to the low shipping costs. However, I e-mailed them to see when they would have the decoys, and how much they cost. They e-mailed back, and told me that they are not carrying the dekes as of now. So, I was wondering if there is a place out there where I can order the lessers and not get charged an arm and a leg for shipping, and when they will be available in some of the Major retail stores like Cabelas, BassPro, and Mack’s.
Thanks,
Luke

AK duck kid,

Cabela's is going to be your best bet as far as shipping goes and they should have the lessers around September 1st. How many decoys are you looking for? There is a chance that Sportsman's Warehouse can ship some of them up to the Alaska store if the numbers are right. Let me know and we will go from there.

Thank you,

Chad is right. Sportsman's could possibly ship the decoys up to that store. The actives should start arriving around Sept. 1 and the feeders will be a couple of weeks behind that. Let us know if we can help you.

Thanks Luke for your interest. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. How do things look way up north?

Thumbs up

I was thinking about getting just a dozen this year. I’d rather spend money on other GHG products that I can use this year, than invest a bunch of money in dekes that might not arrive in time for the season. However, thanks for the help guys, I'll probably wait till cabelas has them in stock.
P.S. Travis, things are looking pretty good up here. I live next to a lagoon that's basically the only wildfowl sanctuary in the city. Anyhow, there's lots of ducks this year, and as for the geese (which fly over my house all the time) I haven't seen as many lessers from as far back as I can remember. Why else do you think I'd be stocking up on these dekes (other than the fact that they are hands down the best decoy on the market.)
Thanks,
Luke

AK Kid,

I was lucky enough to make it up to your beautiful state about 8 years ago to do some fishing. I can't imagine what it is like shooting ducks in the fall. I'm sure it's a sight to behold.

Thanks for the interest
