They come in dozens. I'm sure you will find that adding the motion stakes to your set will make the decoys come "Alive". Nothing better than keeping the flocks attention as they are coming into range than some life like motion on the ground!

Some days I feel like a goose with two bands and a flashing red neck collar! God I hate Mondays! At least when you are a moving target you have incentive to keep moving!

The pack contains a dozen, and they new stakes are long enough to keep your full body goose decoys high enough for realistic motion.

In order to carry & keep from breaking my motion stakes, I use a 4' PVC pipe, with an end cap on one end, and a screw on cap on the other. Two dozen stakes fit in it. I painted it camo, and screwed on a camo shotgun sling to carry it with.

I’ve also made a container for my UMS’s. I used a 6 inch diameter piece of galvanized pipe 26 inches long. I have two end caps; one end cap is fixed to the pipe with pop rivets. I wrapped camo duct tape around the pipe and end caps. I have pop riveted metal handles on the removable end cap and on the piece of round pipe. I currently have 36 of the UMS’s in the container and there is room for more.

blacklabbob,

I like your idea (easy and light weight). This will be my first year with motion stakes so this was an unexpected tip.

Thanks
