This is some "like Avery" decoys post on Ebay. I dont know if there is anything you can do about it or if it is even legal but it would piss me off if it was my company. I would also make sure it was not true.

Avery Greenhead Gear and XPS oversize series decoys have been hard to come by this year. This pair of private label, custom painted magnum Mallards came from the same factory and have the same removable Snap-lock keel system. More true to life than any G&H, Flambeau or Carry-lite.
