Hey Fred,
I was watching the a recent outdoor video where you and your hunting companions were field hunting for canada geese. I was looking at the decoys being used and could not figure out who the manufacturer was for the shell decoys that would waddle and wiggle in the wind. What kind were they? |

I think they are the Higdon stackables.

Sammy,
It would depend upon what video you were watching, but Fred used Higdon Stackables extensively until last year. At that time he began using the Greenhead Gear decoys, which he designed. Bill Cooksey

Great Thanks!!
It was a Mossy Oak video, I believe it was Whistling Wings 6 or 7. |

Sammy,
Those decoys were Higdon Stackables and they worked great for adding motion to the rig. You will find a new product this year from Greenhead Gear that is called "Universial Motion Stakes" these are designed to work with all standard and magnum shell decoys and will also work with full bodies, with some modification to the decoy. This stake will allow a hunter to add motion to his spread with his current decoys by just adding a "UMS" stake. They will retail for $19.99/per 12 stakes. Call'em close, Freddie |
