when you were tellin me about that spread with the walkers I tryed it out on my lawn but I ran into a couple problems. 1. when I set my walker line do I put them right in front of the spot where the geese are spose to land. 2. most of our decoys are feeders so when you said to make tight bunches of feeders do you mean family bunches. thanks

NB,

MOST PEOPLE TEND TO HAVE A OVER ABUNDANCE OF FEEDERS IN THERE SPREAD. FAMILY GROUPS OF 3-10 ARE NORMAL AND THIS IS TYPICAL OF A FEEDING FLOCK EARLY IN THE YEAR. AS THE WEATHER TURNS FAMILY GROUPS TEND TO BE NOT AS NOTICEABLE AND THEY TEND TO FLOCK MORE WHEN FEEDING. AS FAR AS YOUR WALKERS GO I TEND TO KEEP THEM TO THE LEFT OR RIGHT OF THE HOLE. YOU CAN USE 1-10 LINES OF WALKERS DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE SPREAD AND THE AVAILABILITY OF WALKERS. REMEMBER THE WALKERS ARE A TOOL TO KEEP GEESE FROM LANDING WERE THEY ARE AND THE FEEDERS ARE A TOOL TO GET THE GEESE TO LAND WERE THEY ARE AND THEY ARE EQUALLY EFFECTIVE.
