August's First Hunt
I got a phone call from Pro-Staffer Kyle Scott telling me to get over to MO Thanksgiving night to get into some geese for the following Friday and Saturday. I figured I would take August for his first hunt. He performed without a flaw!!!! He was kind of intimidated by the size at first, but that soon went away. Here a few pics of August doing his what he loves. Nine guys, 18 geese, 12 water retrieves for the dog....
Congrats August!!!!   He loves his GFDB....still likes to cheat a little bit, but he is a pup and he figured the game out real quick!!!  Man these things are heavy!!!  The end of the day. You can barely make out all the blood above his right eye!!

This was one of my favorites Weiss, it was like he looking at me like take a picture of this one Kyle.
 Weiss forgot to mention that August also got a taste for whitey on his first outing.
