Brandon,
There are so many differant factors invloved in your question that the area and type of hunting you do would make it easier for anyone to help you.
Being able to conceal yourself and the wind directon are the bigest factors invloved, so more info on your type of hunting (rice field, boat, timber) would help you to get more answers.

we hunt in a pocket of water that is surrounded by timber. we usually see gadwalls, woodies, teal, mallards,pintail.

we put a blue heron in the bak of the pocket.
a cut of water off the river reuns beside it.

It all depends on where your hunting. Every spot requires different decoy setup.

Dunk hunter1999 We usually hunt out from Cane Creek and in the cuts. If you dont care can I have your name and where you hunt
