Hi, I am new to Duck hunting and Just recieved 1doz GHG lifesize mallards.Should I or can I mix with a 1/2 doz magnums. Also I do not understand what everybody is talking about with the paint. Mine were bought at Cabelas last month are they ok? Thanks in advance.

All ducks are not the same size, just as people are not the same size.

It will be fine to mix different sizes, in fact to be more realistic.....I would recommend it.

Yes,

I agree with swamphunter and would recomend it. Ducks are in many different sizes and colors. I use many diffent brands and sizes.

The only time I do not mix decoys is when I am setting out a line. I usually use a larger decoy on the line. I hope this helps you out and good luck on your season.
