I have been doing alot of studying about what the navy plans to do in north carolina they are takeing 30,000 acres of land to build airstrips on that means that the swans blackducks will not have a place to rest it is the prime hunting in north carolina one of the best in the country far as swans it is holding nearly 45,000 swans i was reading president bush said refuges would not be protected under the clean water act after 2004 so everbody look what we maybe up aganist in the future

this doesnot affect just us hunters in northcarolina this new act by president bush that will affect hunters all across the united states
