Avery thermos missing the O-ring......can somebody

tell me how I can get my hands on an O-ring for the Avery MOSG Bullet Thermos in 3/4 liter? I have used this thermos twice and it leaked both times.....after comparing it to my buddy's I noticed that mine is missing the clear O-ring on the stopper. I've already thrown away the packaging and I bought it via the internet (Cabelas) so returning it will be a pain in the rear. Any of you Avery people know how I can get my hands on an o-ring for it??

This one is too easy - surely you can come up with something harder for us to fix! I sent you a PM, but for anyone else who experiences this problem, you can simply call our customer service department at 800 333-5119 for a replacement stopper.

Thanks for trying our Bullet Bottle, and I'm sorry it has not performed. It will do just fine when you get a new stopper.

Wanted to make it clear that I was not bashing because I do really like the size of the thermos and realize that a o-ring is an easy replacement....It fits great in my pit bag so I planned on keeping it.. Will call CS right now.
