In looking for a bag to carry my full body goose decoys I found that in one catalog there is an Avery bag listed for full body snow goose decoys and in another catalog the Avery bag is for full body goose decoys. The question is is there two different bags or is it the same one? Thanks in advnace for any reply.

Stephen,

Welcome to the message board, there are 2 styles of goose bags. The fullbody snow goose bag will house your snows, blues, specs, and lesser decoys. The full body goose bag will fit your hunter, pro-grade, and FFD Elite series Canadas, plus OS floaters.

Question

What are the dimensions of the individual decoy pockets on the two different bags - Fullbody vs. Lessers/Snows/Specks?

I tried to measure one of my bags with a tape and its easier said then done. I got 9"x15"x18" deep on the stitching with the center slot. I don't know if its exact but its close. Don't know if anyone else has tried but I got a dozen snows in one 6-Slot Full Body bag. They fit great!

Thanks Wayne. The full body snow goose bag is new this season for the snows, specks and lessers. I also found out that 12 of these decoys will also fit in the regular 6 slot full body goose decoy bag. The only thing you will need to do is put something in between the decoys in each slot so that they don't rub too much.

Is their an easy identifiable way to tell the difference between the 2 bag models when you only have 1 bag? Some sort of insignia or ??? to distinguish which is which?

thanks

The regular 6 slot goose bag is bigger. The snowgoose 6 slot bag stands more erect/holds it's shape better and has a side pocket for stake storage.
